Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure principles are being follow and provided relevant reports to head office;
  • Monitor the Visitor / Vehicle In –Out record and Staffs’ attendance report to Branch Manager and Administrative Manager;
  • Office management to ensure every office figure is well maintained, good hygiene and strong safety;
  • Responsible for procurement including quotations, pricing, orders, purchasing;
  • Organize Inventory, assets, stationery and office materials;
  • Responsible as a responsible person of Hayman Capital Insurance, such as Fire Insurance for branch office building & properties, third party vehicle Insurance, etc. ;
  • Liaison with government ministries, departments and other organizational concerned for administrative matters as required;
  • Monitor Branch Office lease and recommend renewal in a timely manner;
  • Control needs for all necessary office equipment and supplies including stationeries, forms and other necessities and arrange for refill;
  • Track payments of regular services (such as telephone, internet and other utilities) to ensure timely payments are made;
  • Answering phone calls and transferring within Branch office in necessary;
  • Have to manage drivers, cleaners and securities from Head Office for their operations;
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Ensure necessary materials, documents are delivered timely manner to the target places to the right person;
  • Ensure that all information receives in a timely manner and reports, reviewed and adjustment are made before reporting;
  • Assist in hold branch meeting and record meeting minutes;
  • Record internal system flow , procedures , other necessary information related to admin and monthly report are to be sent to Adminisrative Manager;
  • Undertake duties reasonably assigned by Branch Manager;


Qualification & Experience:
  • Any University Degree;
  • Preferably have previous working experience in administration area;
  • Ability to act independently to identify and analyze problems and recommend effective solutions;
  • Computer literacy and preferably expert in Microsoft Office package;
  • Must be communicable both spoken and written English and Myanmar;
  • High level of social communication skills and good skills in team-work ;
  • Flexibility and positive attitude person;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Willingly relocate to other regions.
