To support our credit operations, manage loan quality, and ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Credit Policy & Compliance
• Maintain and review the corporate credit policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effectiveness.
• Ensure credit and operational activities comply with internal and external regulations.
• Review and maintain credit analysis templates and rating models for various products.
• Monitor the credit granting and updating process to ensure accuracy.
Risk & Delinquency Management
• Monitor loan quality and manage Portfolio at Risk (PAR) according to the annual budget.
• Carry out branch inspections for delinquency management, internal control, and fraud investigation.
• Personally investigate large customer credit applications and visit major clients to establish relations.
• Serve as a member or Head of the Loans and Arrears Committee.
Operational Supervision & Training
• Supervise and manage collection efforts across branches.
• Provide ongoing training to Credit Team Leaders and Loan Officers regarding policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to ensure smooth operations within company guidelines.
• Accept or reject credit recommendations provided by staff members.

Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Operations, Risk, or Audit in Microfinance sector.
· Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Operational Risk.
· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Strong analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
· Willingness to travel to customer locations and regional branches when required.
