Job Description

Assist the HRBP in recruitment, onboarding, and employee training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection coordination
  • • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals and professional networks
  • • Coordinate interview arrangements, candidate communication, and smooth onboarding processes
  • • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance organizational attractiveness in the job market
  • • Conduct new hire orientation and manage onboarding programs effectively
  • • Identify training needs, organize employee development programs, and deliver training workshops and initiatives
  • • Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR functions
  • • Proven experience in Recruitment and Training, preferably in Banking or Microfinance industry
  • • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
